The room was well presented it had everything I needed. Dining was very good the food tasted excellent. I also found the staff polite and helpful .

The car parking was limited it could be difficult to find a space. I found the menu to be unchanging I would have liked to see some specials offered.

Breakfast included a good full English option, meeting my expectations.

The parking situation proved difficult. The hotel only provided about 5 spaces at the rear. Finding alternative parking on the surrounding streets was necessary. This caused some inconvenience and was not ideal, especially after a long day.

i found all the staff helpful. i loved that the hotel is dog-friendly , and my furry friend received a warm welcome with a special dog package including a bowl , towel , treats , and a ball , so cute! the breakfast was superb , and the room was spacious with every amenity i needed. i really want to mention that the location is unbeatable , right in the heart of it all!

the only tiny issue i encountered was that the parking was a bit limited , but i was able to find free parking nearby , so no biggie!

charming getaway

i arrived a bit early, but mary at reception was so cute. she even tried to help me find parking near the hotel, which i really appreciated. i had booked dinner in advance, and both dinner and breakfast were great. i must add i loved the wildlife decor in my large room.

during my stay, i noticed that the menu didn't change, and no daily specials were offered, even though i stayed multiple nights.
